Scope

This policy applies to the mobile application AmblyoVision II.

Data We Collect

• Scores and game progress: score, level/stage completed, session time, and timestamps. Stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore or Realtime Database).
• Authentication via Google (Firebase Auth): Firebase user identifier (UID), provider google.com, and basic Google account data: name, email address, and—if provided—a profile photo. We do not request additional Google permissions.
• Diagnostics and usage: aggregated usage events and crash reports to improve stability and performance (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics; may include OS version, device model, and error traces).
• Purchases/subscriptions: subscription status and transactions via Google Play Billing (we do not store full payment data).

Purposes

• Provide gameplay features: save and sync scores, progress, and leaderboards; enable Google sign-in.
• Improve stability and performance (aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics).
• Manage purchases and subscriptions.
• Customer support when you contact us.

Legal Bases (GDPR)

• Contract necessity: authentication, saving scores, syncing progress.
• Legitimate interests: service security and improvement (aggregated analytics, crash debugging).
• Consent: for optional analytics where required by your jurisdiction.

Recipients / Processors

• Google Firebase: Authentication (Google Sign-In), Cloud Firestore/Realtime Database, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
• Google Play Billing: purchase/subscription management.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

International Transfers

Your data may be processed outside the EEA. We apply appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable.

Retention

We keep data while you use the app or maintain an account. Upon request, we will delete your account and associated data (including scores), unless retention is required by law.

Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact us at invagapp@gmail.com with the subject “AmblyoVision II – Privacy”.

Google Account Control

You can revoke access granted to AmblyoVision II from your Google account settings and also request data deletion by contacting us.

Children

The app may be used by minors under the supervision of a parent/guardian. We do not request clinical/medical data.

Security

We use transport encryption (TLS), Firebase Security Rules, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure.
